Terms of Service for Alpify

1. Introduction
Welcome to Alpify. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Alpify’s website and services. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Services
Alpify offers the following services throughout Switzerland:
- Weather Alerts: Real-time severe weather warnings and forecasts.
- Traffic Updates: Live road conditions, delays, and detours.
- Public Safety Notifications: Information about local safety incidents and preventive measures.
Subscriptions to these services are subject to availability and may require a valid email address and phone number.
3. Digital Information Products
In addition to live services, Alpify may offer digital information products such as downloadable guides, tutorials, and weather planning tools. Access is granted via a user account. You may not distribute, modify, or resell these products without our written permission.
4. Physical Products
From time to time, Alpify may sell branded merchandise or devices designed to display alerts. All merchandise is shipped from Bahnhofstrasse 45, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland. Title and risk pass to you upon delivery. You are responsible for any duties or taxes.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 General Provisions
Alpify is committed to customer satisfaction. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. If you have any questions, please contact our contact form.
5.2 Service Subscriptions
Weather Alerts, Traffic Updates, and Public Safety Notifications subscriptions may be paused or transferred once per subscription period. Refunds for unused subscription time are offered only if service delivery is interrupted due to fault on our part. Interruptions caused by external factors (e.g., network outages) do not qualify for refunds.
5.3 Digital Information Products
If you purchase a digital guide or tool and it is defective or inaccessible, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, all sales are final due to the immediate delivery of digital content.
5.4 Physical Merchandise
You may request a refund or for physical merchandise within 30 days of receipt if the item is damaged or incorrect. Merchandise must be returned unused and in the original packaging. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
5.5 Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards, feature upgrades, and expedited delivery fees are non-refundable. We justify this by the immediate provision of service upon purchase and associated overhead costs.
6. Service Changes and Transfers
Alpify reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or on our website. Where feasible, subscribers may transfer an active subscription to another individual by contacting us through our contact form.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpify and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in all claims arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable service.
